Seated massage offers employees a calming break to relax and unwind from the daily stresses of work, focusing on relieving tension in the head, neck, and shoulders. The massage sessions are completed over the clothes, providing convenience and comfort. Each session can range from 10 to 30 minutes, tailored to suit individual preferences and schedules, allowing employees to de-stress and rejuvenate during the workday. The massage therapist brings their own portable massage chair to the workplace, making it easy for employees to access this beneficial wellness activity.

Q: How much are the massage sessions?
A: Based on 15 minutes:

    1 hour: £120 plus VAT: up to 4 massages

    2 hours: £190 plus VAT: up to 8 massages

    3 hours: £250 plus VAT: up to 12 massages

    4 hours: £310 plus VAT: up to 15 massages

    5 hours: £360 plus VAT: up to 18 massages

    6 hours: £410 plus VAT: up to 20 massages

    7 hours: £460 plus VAT: up to 24 massages

    8 hours: £510 plus VAT: up to 28 massages. 

An invoice is created upon booking, with payment due by the last working day of the month the services are carried out. 

Q: How do we book? 
A: After agreeing on a convenient date and time, we will provide a booking link for employees to easily schedule, manage, or cancel their massage appointments to accommodate their work schedules. The day before the massages, we will send you a list of everyone who has booked, and when. 

Q: What happens on the day of the massages?
A: Our skilled therapist will arrive 15-30 minutes before the sessions to prepare and set up a tranquil space. We aim to assign the same therapist for each company to ensure consistency, building trust and rapport with employees, except in cases of sickness or holidays.

Q: What space do we need for the massages?
A: A separate room of at least 3ft x 3ft is needed to ensure privacy during the massage sessions. Relaxing music will be played to enhance the calming atmosphere and help employees relax. In the case of ‘desk massages,’ our therapists will make their way round the desk area. 

Q: Does the therapist stick rigidly to the slots, even if someone is late?
A: If an employee is late for their scheduled slot, the massage duration will be adjusted to prevent disruptions. 

Q: Can the therapist adapt each treatment?
A: While our standard seated massage focuses on the head, neck, and shoulders, therapists can personalise the massage to meet individual needs. In some cases, alternative therapies like reflexology may be offered for the same price if preferred or required.

Q: How often should we book massages?
A: While some companies offer massage as a one-time benefit, regular massages provide cumulative benefits akin to consistent exercise. We offer competitive pricing to make regular sessions affordable, encouraging employees to experience the positive effects of regular massage.

Q: What is your cancellation policy for massage sessions?
A: Our cancellation policy is as follows:  

  • Full refund if the event is cancelled within 30 days of the scheduled date.  

  • Half refund if the event is cancelled between 30 days and 14 days before the scheduled date.  

  • Non-refundable if the event is cancelled within 14 days of the scheduled date.
